ERP Administrator, whose responsibilities include:• Software version control• MSSQL programming to create or improve scripts• Monitoring and troubleshooting database errors• Creating documentation and instructions for ERP system operation from scratch• SQL server administration, backup execution, database restoration, error repair• Basic knowledge in the fields of HR and payroll, accounting, production, and warehouses• Collaboration in exchanging information and solving problems with other departments - helpdesk, programming department, accounting, HR and payroll department.

• Backup systems management (Commvault, Avamar)• Server and virtual machine administration (Vmware, Proxmox, Qnap)• Mail server administration (M365, Microsoft Exchange, Kerio)• Administration of Microsoft SQL Server databases• Administration of applications supporting business processes (Symfonia, Wapro)• AD, DHCP, DNS management• Ensuring that user requests are handled properly, tasks are controlled and SLA is maintained• Contacting software suppliers (diagnosing and reporting bugs and new business needs)• Testing current and new mechanisms in administered applications• Taking notes of meetings and preparing technical documentation• Preparing reports and dashboards• Cooperation with IT teams

• Participation in an EU research project based on the implementation of a fully autonomous, reliable cloud computing• Performing laboratory exercises based on the use of Vmware, Hyper V, Virtual Box and Linux distributions such as CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian• Exercises consisting in configuring test database servers using network applications like: Git, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Zabbix• Performing and checking server backups• Trapping faults, repairing faults and ensuring the reliability of ICT systems and equipment• Responsibility for maintaining the efficiency of virtualized databases and their updating• Collaboration with other employees ensuring effective information flow• Bug fixes in Novell groupwise
