Total is a home bakery based in Karachi, Pakistan renowned for its flagship carrot cake. What started as a summer project in 2020 during a series of COVID-related lockdowns became a fully operating business producing a high volume of carrot cake on a weekly basis. During peak season, we baked roughly thirty to forty 4.5 lbs cakes a week.Finding and entering agreements with the right suppliers allowed for Total Bakery to source 100% local goods without compromising on quality. We have a good reputation for the highest quality at the lowest cost.As Business Manager, I was responsible for raw ingredients procurement, dealing with suppliers, managing finances, and managing order roll out and delivery. I also helped expand the business through social media. Wrapped up the business due to both business partners leaving Pakistan.
