For over two decades, I've been dedicated to assisting and supporting effective intentional community engagement with an authentic approach that fosters empowerment. My experience spans various settings, from classrooms and juvenile detention centers to my involvement with non-profit charitable organizations and hosting events. Whether within community or organizational structures, I've accumulated diverse experiences and demonstrated success in building effective relationships throughout communities.I firmly believe in leading by example. I can't advocate for youth to follow their dreams and trust the process if I'm not willing to do so myself. I continuously take leaps of faith and trust in the goodness of the journey. I strive to be the type of mentor, model, and educator who dares to embrace this hands-on attitude.This approach has not only gained me the trust of a generation but also provided me with access to the lives of young adults in diverse environments across the United States.
