After taking a much needed break for my mental health, I took the time to reassess my values and purpose in life. I came to the decision that my long-standing passion for making a positive impact on people's lives is a mission I look to pursue. As a result, I now offer personal self-mastery life coaching sessions and lead K Self-Mastery™ discussions within the K Community™, a support group I founded. Additionally, I provide K Heart Space™ Energy Healing services and teach others how to become Energy Healing Practitioners, to promote self-care and overall well-being. Furthermore, I have started my podcast channel titled K Self-Mastery: Live Your Life with a Purpose.

I facilitate community sharing sessions for new citizenship induction and community building programmes. I possess advanced skills in drawing out meaningful participation from members, regardless of their backgrounds. I have effectively facilitated conversations for hundreds of participants spanning various professions and lifestyles.

I'm a delighted mum to four children and things have changed for me. I found contentment within myself and knew precisely the kind of mother I wanted to be for them, so I let go of the assistance at home and began running my own venture with no supervisors - handling my work and interactions with my customers around my own schedule. I've made the choice to give my children my attention and be there to see every step of their growth and development while also making sure I'm dedicating time to my own individual growth and progress.

During my three-year sabbatical following major life events, I accepted a role with responsibility for sales, marketing, recruitment, and employee training. I spearheaded the marketing efforts both digitally and traditionally, which resulted in sizable growth in sales. Additionally, we prospered in international trade shows in and out of Kuala Lumpur, and seized the opportunity to interact with potential manufacturers of dairy goods with the aim of exporting our products abroad. We attained notable growth while I held this role; I was glad to put my years of sales knowledge to use.

I was promoted within two months of starting my job. With dedication, I was able to establish a B2B department from scratch and less than a year, successfully organized hundreds wellness talks, both paid and free, for various clients. In addition, I strived to bring wellness programs closer to workplaces. During my three years sabbatical, I took on the responsibility of carrying out marketing drives and campaigns directed towards corporate clients. I also designed training programs for sales representatives and provided orientation and skills training for new employees at Natural Healings, which aided them in their sales and marketing journey. It brings me great pride to mention that I had the opportunity to launch the company's B2B department.Over the years since I left, I become the go to person to give some directions when it comes to B2B strategies for my ex-colleagues.

I was recognized as one of the effective leaders and mentors in contributing to the growth and revenue of the company through the enrollment of new participants via phone calls, weekly enrollment conversations with groups, families, and corporations, and also training others to share the benefits of the programs available in Landmark.I pioneered and introduced a Special Introduction session for the under-represented Community with more than 80% enrollment, this success has inspired different community-themed introductions to take place.

I was rigorously trained by world-class leaders from US, UK, Australia, India, Italy and Japan to coach, lead and facilitate hundreds of participants to enable and empower participants to achieve breakthrough results in areas that mattered to them.

I was managing, training and coaching a team of twenty-one volunteers to successfully empower thousands of registered participants to show up for the courses they had enrolled for, no matter their circumstances.Responsible for creating possibilities to be present for the participants and ensuring that they were well served and received full value from their participation in Landmark Education Courses and programs.I was officially recognised by the CEO as top most effective manager in Landmark Worldwide within a year of being a staff member.

Conducted financial awareness talks at workplaces successfully and managed individual and corporate financial success and wealth plans. The client base grew to four hundred individual clients mainly through referrals from existing clients.I was acknowledged as a team builder and given two leadership roles within the agency.I was also a committee member in one of the organisation’s D&D organising committees and was in charge of the agency’s fraternity in Hong Kong.I've also conducted team building boot camp for the agency and garnered positive feedback from my associates for a well-thought-out activity.I had the opportunity to provide technical and IT support during one of the organisation’s AGMs.

In my role as project coordinator for the Singapore Malay Eye Study (SiMES), I successfully managed a sample of three thousand patients, ensuring their attendance and participation in the research study. As lead interviewer, I adeptly facilitated the smooth execution of research procedures and processes at the Singapore Eye Research Institute, Department of Ophthalmology. In addition to my management responsibilities, I actively supported the clinical tests performed by Ophthalmologists and Optometrists, which included the operation of autorefractors and conducting tests for diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. My proficiency in patient communication skills enabled effective administration of the Snellen chart and provision of guidance to patients throughout the testing process. Furthermore, recognizing the importance of cultural sensitivity and effective communication, I initiated a well-received Malay language workshop for all leading staff involved in the study. This initiative was an integral step in ensuring seamless communication with Malay-speaking individuals, elevating the effectiveness of the study and achieving meaningful outcomes.
