🙋 Recruitment I work as an IT Recruiter, acting as a bridge between the employer and the company. My mission is to help candidates find the perfect job in a relaxed environment with feedback at every stage of the recruitment process. On a day-to-day basis, I look for the right people for a product company dealing with analytics with a focus on user privacy and data security.🛥 On-boardingIn addition, I understand and always highlight the value of the onboarding process. This is why the integration and adaptation of new members of staff into the organisation are so relevant. For me, the recruitment process is not finished once a candidate signs their contract.
