I am a Certified Spinning® Class Instructor for over 10 years and for several years in an Elite Class of Instructors, and I have experience in running classes at all levels and permission to conduct activities with people who require rehabilitation on a bicycle. I have completed additional courses that enrich my skills, for example:- High Intensity Training - Cadence, Heart Rate and Class Design,- Rating of Perceived Exertion,and the most important is, that I'm graduated the last level of Spinning ® Class Program, thanks to that I am an Elite Instructor of Spinning Class.In addition, I am European Level 4 Certified Personal Trainer, within this level, I have confirmed qualifications:- Fundamentals of anatomy and physiology in the context of physical activity;- Health and fitness evaluation with functional body shape assessment;- Creating individual training programs and evaluate their effectiveness;- Psychological and social aspects of health and fitness;- Customer motivation monitoring. Evaluation of the effectiveness of training program: bodybuilding, functional, motorized;- Methods of nutrition and supplementation in the context of physical activity;- Dietary interview with customer, fundamental process responsible for changing body composition.My experience is based on many years of cooperation with athletes and individuals who want to improve their health and mobility. I am also a multiple Marathon runner. Sport has been a part of my life for over 35 years, I have been training various sports since I was a child.
