• Youngest Project Lead for one of the largest equipment relocation projects in the world consisting of simultaneously moving 7 Tetra Pak A3/S lines. My role involved understanding and utilizing plant integration business processes, task planning, cost planning, quality assurances, utilizing resources, and effective reporting.• Led teams of engineers & technicians at multiple maintenance & installation events on Tetra Pak Equipment, maintaining average efficiency at 90%+ and ensuring high OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) at multiple client sites.• Initiated energy audits of Alfa Laval pumps/valves and Spirax Sarco equipment to propose energy energy savings. Savings were proposed by re-sizing pumps according to customer needs. It involved sizing, selection, costing and budget, and proposal designing.• Increased the Key Account’s sales revenue by conducting feasibility studies, making business cases, and cooperating closely with market company plant integration teams as Sales Support to the Key Account team. It involved working in a multi-project environment seeking and providing support to multiple teams.• Supported in estimating costs of equipment/services and then quotation development with the upgrades project manager and account managers for upgrade solutions.• Gave technical presentations to internal and customer teams as part of new sales opportunities.• Established and spearheaded a water conservation initiative that identified market opportunity of PKR 2.1 billion by potentially saving 1.5 billion litres of water and PKR 400 million per annum. Added value by designing water saving technical systems for Tetra Pak equipment.
