I have been leading people in many different situations and been in charge of a company with aprox 250 employees and 9 managers. I am a skilled change manager and implement improvements by involving relevant stakeholders and creating a sense of purpose, understanding and ownership. In addition to this I have a great expertise in the security business and have been in charge of handling and solving multiple crisissituations.
