- During the practical placement I focused on communication tasks, data collection and client work. - I created illustrations and social media advertisement related to the organisation´s current activities- In a small team we gathered information about Schengen visa related issues of intercultural families, by designing and using a bi-lingual questionnaire.- I facilitated an online workshop for intercultural couples about possible challenges and benefits of a multilingual family environment. - As a part of a project development course, I co-developed a booklet called "Welcoming emotions" which is a tool for non-violent communication and need recognition. I was involved into the idea development, text editing- and formatting process and illustration work. The booklet is planned to be published in an e-book format by Familia ry after the final version got accepted.
- Assisting a person with disability ( everyday tasks and routine) - Working day or night , flexibly in accordance with the employers´ needs
- Planned, Pitched and facilitated a weekly organised sport activity, called "run to sauna". The idea survived the duration of the internship, and nowadays organised by volunteers. - Attended a campaign in collaboration of Amnesty international. The Miitti operational team visited 4 cities and organised a story sharing coffee involving immigrants, refugees and local community members who discussed the issues around family reunification in Finland.
