As an impact investment fund, the mission of the company is to catalyze social impact by supporting and investing in high-growth social SMEs working on social/environmental innovation in Europe. The company is investing in and providing business development support for companies with sustainable, scalable business models, and with a special focus on social inclusion, education, employment, health and environmental sustainability.As an investor analyst, I mainly responsible for dealsourcing, business and financial analysis of target companies, impact analysis while also gaining experience in portfolio management.

The aim of the project was to plan a social business for a school which provides educational opportunities for children coming from disadvantages background. During the project our team provided a realistic, research-based look at the market, a value proposition and a business plan (including financials, marketing and operations) of a social business, a school restaurant.

At Deloitte I had the opportunity to learn about business consultancy in an internationally competitive working environment. This experience helped me to get a better insight into real-life business projects related to international taxation.
