Developed, managed, and coordinated enrichment programs for over 400 youth ages 14 - 21 in the areas of leadership development, tutoring, college preparation, and career exploration. Worked with youth and families in crisis to access needed services.

Assisted in managing over $4.6 million in Federal, state, and foundational human service contracts and grants. Coordinated and executed countywide Digital Inclusion program providing low-income households with vouchers for a free computer. Administered phase 32 of FEMA-EFSP funding process distributing $109,682 to human service agencies assisting homeless persons. Provided data entry management and analysis, financial tracking & programmatic compliance and monitoring review preparation for federal, state and local contracts.

Worked with 3 local nonprofits to provide assistance with capacity building, program development, and acquiring resources to help increase the quality and quantity of services provided to clients.

Worked with Executive Director on initiatives to decrease poverty and increase educational and economic opportunities for residents living in southeast Detroit. Assisted with securing resources and funding for disadvantaged schools and communities in Detroit. Implemented new cost effective and time efficient system of engaging community stakeholders.Compiled data, developed reports and presented SEV's findings and outcomes at legislative community forums and national conferences. Partnered with Detroit Housing Commission to address, identify and remove abandoned and blighted properties to ensure safer neighborhoods and safer routes for youth going to school.
