In the role of Software Architect and Team Leader, work was conducted on an advanced ERP system tailored for public institutions. This system consisted of approximately 10 interconnected sub-modules designed for seamless integration, supporting various user roles and addressing a broad spectrum of operational needs. The technology stack selected for its reliability and scalability included Spring Framework, Java Server Faces, RichFaces, JPA (Hibernate), Tomcat, and Oracle DB.A significant achievement was the successful integration of the system with around 20 different applications within the institution through web services. This integration maintained data integrity by implementing automated rollback mechanisms, showcasing the system's robustness in preventing data inconsistencies during complex integrations.As Scrum Master, a vital role was played in enhancing team collaboration and driving project success through Agile and Scrum methodologies. Daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives fostered transparency and accountability, while coaching and mentoring initiatives supported the professional growth of team members. This experience not only solidified leadership capabilities but also emphasized the importance of fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve project objectives.

This system enabled hundreds of thousands of customers to seamlessly purchase data, voice, and SMS packages via SMS, greatly enhancing service convenience and accessibility.A key challenge was successfully addressed by ensuring the integrity of transaction management across distributed microservices under heavy load. By applying event-driven programming, system reliability and robustness were maintained, which was critical for preserving customer trust and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. Additionally, a subscription renewal engine was developed, facilitating the automatic renewal of large-scale subscriptions, thereby significantly improving operational efficiency and service quality.Extensive use of Java EE technologies was made to build scalable and high-performance backend systems. This experience deepened expertise in Java EE and provided valuable insights into the operational and technological challenges within the telecom industry. Two crucial software applications were developed to revolutionize the hospitality industry, with a focus on leveraging JBoss Seam, Hibernate, RichFaces, and MySQL to deliver impactful solutions.The first project, Compass App, was designed to automate the creation of customized vacation packages by calculating hotel room rates based on complex pricing regulations. This innovative tool significantly improved customer satisfaction by offering cost-effective travel options and contributed to reducing operational costs through an efficient pricing model.Following the success of Compass App, Poll App was developed to improve service quality in hotels. This application analyzed guest questionnaires to identify underperforming departments, enabling hotel management to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhanced service standards. As the solo developer for both projects, a strong commitment was demonstrated to addressing real-world challenges with software solutions, improving operational efficiency and boosting customer satisfaction.
