• Collaborating closely with external partners (co-manufacturers & co-packers) to strategically develop short and long term production plans for the Chocolate, Meals and Gum & Candy category. • Highlighting any network issues and initiating immediate action to secure business continuity.• Managing the purchase order process (PO) in close cooperation with suppliers, markets and procurement.• Enhancing supplier relationships, fostering partnerships to ensure timely deliveries and resolve disputes.• Active participation in cross-functional, international project teams on projects involving new product launches or product changes worldwide.• Preparing short, mid, and long term capacity plans to ensure production capabilities align with forecasted demand. • Managing and optimizing inventory levels across the supply network to balance supply and demand effectively.• Measuring performance against KPIs including customer fill rate, finished goods inventories target levels and waste reduction objectives.• Using operational knowledge of SAP ECC/APO, Excel and Power BI.

• Developing short and long term end-to-end plans for Hollywood, Stimorol and Trident gum brands produced on four lines at Skarbimierz plant.• Working closely with plant operations, materials planners, suppliers and demand teams to ensure a proper flow of information and operational execution.• Highlight production planning issues, bottlenecks, propose actions to secure business continuity.• Measuring performance against KPIs including customer fill rate, finished goods inventories target levels and waste reduction objectives.• Managing the weekly replenishment process of materials, working closely with suppliers, material call-offer's and planners across Gum & Candy platform.• Creating and updating material contracts in collaboration with the Procurement department.• Active participation in cross-functional, international project teams on projects involving new product launches or product changes worldwide.• Providing regular reports on the value and coverage of raw material stocks and packaging materials.

• Development of new vegan products (plant-based dairy category - milk & desserts) - creating recipes, process and product parameters.• Carrying out small scale tests, pilot plant trials and trials on production lines.• Conducting laboratory tests (physicochemical tests, quality tests).• Collaborating with suppliers of raw materials (sample acquisition, purchasing R&D materials).• Participation in the selection of product concepts, new flavors and packaging.• Indicating and tracking trends in product and technology development.• Creating cost calculations.• Creating market analysis.

• Managing and updating regulatory compliance databases & systems (Excel, SAP, DevEx, BLUE & Wave artworks software).• Verification of claims present on the labels of the company's products sold in NA and EMEA markets.• Participation in training in the field of European food law (including regulations no.: 178/2002, 1169/2011, 1333/2008)• Supporting review and approval of product formulations, product labels and documents to ensure their regulatory compliance (cooperation with Specification&Certification Team, Marketing).• Supporting customer questions in terms of product compliance (RFI).• Generating standard documentation in order to provide customer with most up to date information.
