My responsibilities in this project included evaluating potential suppliers for the crematorium's flue gas treatment systems, with a focus on their energy efficiency and environmental impact.After our team successfully won the bid for this project, my role expanded to include daily management of subcontractors and representing our team in Environment Committee meetings.
