 On daily basis attending the morning meetings with all the HOD’s, noting down the points of MOM and preparing the same points in MOM sheet as per date wise and sending the same to all HOD’s along with senior management.  Checking of Daily attendance sheet of On roll employees & also the contracted persons / employees like Housekeeping, KST and security departments, checking of both Manually & software entries.  All recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner coordination with all department heads.  Joining formalities: Giving Offer letter & Appointment letter to the selected candidates, joining formality, checking of all joining documents and personal file preparation. Sending the final list of employee file of new joinees for the final signature to the senior Management i.e to Director & General Manager.  Making the property round of the hotel that have joined newly and making them introduce to each and every employee and informing them about whom to report, etc.  Handling payrolls of entire hotel’s employee individually. Handling 120 employees currently.  Individually handling the casuals team who works only in banquets at the time of Banquet functions, Maintaining the data of all the casuals along with there final bill amount which I approve and sign on the final bill which later sends to accounts by me for final payment. Every month maintaining all the staff function like staff get together, birthday celebrations, by keeping some activities by which staff gets motivated. Personally looking out and observes to all the staff working in a team and planning out the best employee awards and giving them certificates too.
