Analyzing the work capacity of onshore and offshore aligned to different clients and plan the allocation of working hours in order to maintain & control the resource cost efficiency.▪ Preparing and facilitating PMO meetings. Capturing minutes and meeting decisions and content into action tracking logs.▪ collaborating with stakeholders and Project Managers to conduct research/analysis and monitor day-to-day administrative tasks.▪ communicating with onshore/offshore managers to ensure their team deliveries are in alignment with their allocated work hours.▪ Responsible for project id creation, timesheet, resource tracking and billing▪ Responsible for tracking department wise trainings and making sure they meet the required training hours using service now.▪ Responsible for creating new projects, resource planning for the project, planning hours for the resources.▪ Managing users access on service now.▪ Expertise in making strategic priorities for all aspects of operations.▪ Managing process improvement and administration, executing quality monitoring, providing analysis and complex report generation.▪ Assist in the creation of various management dashboards, monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments.▪ Utilization report creation for onshore and offshore in order to plan the resource management for next financial year.▪ Responsible for onboarding and off boarding of resources in the team▪ Open position’s report creation for onshore/offshore on weekly basis to identify the exact number of new resources to be recruited
