Main duties:- Analyzing and planning needs for development of computer networks and information systems in order to address fast growth of the NCC Group operations on Russian market.- Designing network structure and topology according to the corporate requirements, implementing these designs.- Assessing business needs for computer network and telecommunications for remote offices, planning and implementing network segments and all related infrastructure for a number of remote offices.- Maintaining performance, availability and continuity of network and server operations, identifying and mitigating performance issues.- Planning, designing and implementing major upgrade for backbone network connections which would ensure fault—tolerant and high-performance network operations for NCC offices in Russia.- Planning, designing and leading implementation project of the company-wide collaboration system based on Microsoft SharePoint.- Leading network and infrastructure part of Business Continuity Planning Project.- Participating in the NCC Group task forces and working groups regarding server and network infrastructure, Active Directory and telecommunications.
