As co-counsel for one of those men, on death row for 21 years before his sentence was reversed by the 7th Circuit, helped negotiate a 110-year sentence (the lowest recorded sentence in Indiana history for a person convicted of triple homicide).• 1 of only 6 lawyers in the state of Indiana (currently reporting almost 16,000 licensed resident active attorneys) to be Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (2009 - Present).

Responsible for establishing material prices, maintaining a capable supplier base, and managing the quality, cost and delivery for 12 major commodities (over 400 different speaker components with an annual cost of $15.3 million).

Responsible for coordinating new product introduction from early design to manufacturing start-up. Provided engineering leadership and project management for the implementation of new product designs, ensuring the effective use of people, materials, tooling, equipment, and processes, to produce quality products efficiently and on time.In this role, managed a $9 million Andersen Windows project (the company’s largest new product introduction ever at that time). This included developing and managing this project team's implementation schedule, which included on-time tool completions and qualifications ($1.7 million budget); on-time deliveries; and qualifications of new equipment ($7.3 million). Received Newell’s highest possible performance rating on annual review for accomplishments on this project.
