1. Responsible with the technical knowledge of WAMGROUP’s bulk handling machine range and its spare parts.2. Provide technical support to the salesperson to facilitate their discussion with their customers.3. Helps in configurating the right machine for the salesperson based on their customer request and specifications details.4. Prepare costing and quotation for the salesperson.5. Process the order of the machine and ensure correct machine’s specifications are sent to the manufacturing site.6. Key person responsible for communications between sales team in Malaysia office and product divisions Regional Sales Manager (RSM) as well as focal point from the manufacturing site in Europe and China in order to facilitate on any special request, solving difficult technical issue and claim procedures.

1. Plan daily meeting schedule week ahead and make a visit to customers. 2. Understanding customer request and propose quotation with the right machine suitable for the application, budget and required delivery time.3. Follow up quotations periodically and negotiate with customer to get the best offer for both sides.4. Provide aftersales support including testing and commissioning, checking on machine in case of breakdown, and other related issue.5. Update customer profile with details report of all information gathered from every visit in order to understand the customer better and how to properly approach them in the future.6. Maintain and improve relationship with current customer and continuously searching for new customer from various platform including internet search engines as well as physically visit to site.7. Regularly update database of current and potential customer with details classifications of type of customer categories, business sectors, history of previous purchase and potential order for current year.8. Discuss yearly plan on targeted sales KPI and regularly follow up on the progress.
