MS ERW Tubes & Pipe Rectangular tube range (20×10 -145×82) & square tube range (20×20 -150×150) thickness (0.8-2.5) mm material HR/CR/Galvanized pre slit coil as per IS-4923, IS-3601 IS-1161 and IS-1239 pipe making. Handling three narrow slitter and six tube mills, slitting from 0.8 mm to 2.5 mm material with different combinations and different grades of material. Handling team members, planning &maintaining daily production record, breakdown record slitting record rolling and slitting material as per PPC requirement. That workers are wearing proper safety equipment and observing all established safety rules Working as a tube production engineer.

•To check production plan and check availability of raw material.•Making tube according Tata tube requirements sheet.•To solve the breakdown in less time with help of mechanical and electrical department .• Handling the shift independently in many circumstances.•Also manage the manpower in each shift.•Good coordination with Quality , maintenance and electrical department.•To maintain daily production report and breakdown report.
