I am Kamlesh Laddhad, a seasoned professional with a diverse journey that has taken me from the world of technology to the dynamic landscape of finance.After finishing my education - BTech (CSE, VNIT Nagpur) and MTech (IIT Bombay), I began my career in the tech industry with a role as a Pre-Sales Consultant at WebMethods Inc, a startup that was later acquired by the German multinational Software AG. During my tenure, I honed my skills in technology solutions and forged a deep understanding of the global business landscape.In pursuit of entrepreneurial aspirations, I co-founded an EduTech startup in Bangalore - Uniapply, alongside friends from IIT Bombay. Although the venture didn't achieve the success we had hoped for, it served as a crucial learning experience, teaching me the value of perseverance and the ability to pivot in the face of challenges.My journey led me to another startup Fiberlink Inc., specializing in Mobile Device Management Solutions, where I served as a Product Manager. This venture ultimately joined the IBM family, affording me the opportunity to work with a global leader in technology.In 2015, I returned to my hometown of Nagpur and embarked on a new chapter at LokSuvidha Finance. Here, I discovered my passion for utilizing cutting-edge technology to drive positive change in the financial sector. We harnessed in-house technology to revolutionize every aspect of the financing process, from customer onboarding to data-driven credit assessments, disbursements, and dealer engagement.In addition to my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to my alma mater, VNIT Nagpur, and currently serve as the Treasurer of VNIT Alumni Association (VNIT AA). This not-for-profit association aims to foster fellowship, professional networking, and intellectual engagement among alumni while bridging connections between alumni and current students.My journey has been one of continuous learning, adaptation, and innovation. I am driven by the belief that technology and finance can be powerful catalysts for positive change, and I am always eager to explore new avenues for growth, collaboration, and transformation.
