An accomplished business leader and tech strategist, Matt Kammerait has spent his nearly 20 year career bringing emerging technologies and innovations to life. He also has an incredible passion for bringing the startup and enterprise ecosystems together, in a way that unlocks value for both. Since November 2022, Matt has been working as an independent tech/strategy consultant and has partnered with hand-selected design and development firms to help deliver on their common vision.Prior to that, Matt spent 5 years at AAR, primarily as the Vice President - Strategy, Planning, and Innovation. AAR, a multi-billion dollar, Fortune 1000 aerospace company headquartered in Chicago, benefited significantly from his strategic direction and innovation over five years. They effectively utilized Matt's expertise in Product, Innovation, and emerging technologies to lead and shape the technology strategy of the organization, delivering transformative solutions that fueled growth and maintained AAR's position as a leader in the industry.Prior to joining AAR, Matt held key positions at DAQRI, an Augmented Reality pioneer, including running both Product and R&D during his tenure there and with Quad, a massive, public, print, media, and marketing company where he developed and launched Interactive Print Solutions. In this role, based in New York, Matt successfully leveraged his expertise in emerging technologies with traditional industries, driving innovation and transformative changes.From an academic standpoint, Matt holds an eMBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in addition to his undergraduate work in Behavioral Psychology and Philosophy of Mind.
