Was a founding director for a board of inner-city pastors and dedicated Denver businessmen who wanted to launch an inner-city elementary school that was tenaciously dedicated to Christ and unparalleled quality learning.Hired founding staff. Supervised build-out of initial facility.

Established an innovative ministry partnership between Denver Rescue Mission and Church In The City to launch a one-room schoolhouse in Denver serving 15 amazing children, grades 1 to 6. This pilot program fostered deep impact among families, a church congregation and in the lives of some truly incredible kids.Served as principal, teacher, bus driver and “chef.”
