1. Branch Cash Custodian - Management of branch teller cash, Vault cash, and ATM cash including carrying out regular spot checks.2. Maintaining cash within the approved Branch Holding Units and ensuring timely disposal of surplus to Cash Collection Management Unit.3. Management of service delivery in front and back office and ensuring end of day balancing of teller and vault cash.4. Checking and authorizing Cash and Front office transactions (Cash deposits, Cash payments, Standing Instructions, TTs, RTGS, Bankers Cheques, Account opening)5. Ensuring KYC, AML and Due diligence procedures are followed at all times.6. Confirmation of Large withdrawals and or transfers through RTGS or T7. Acting as the prime interface between the bank and the client, maintaining good customer relations and ensuring that customer needs are met.8. Ensuring all GL's for the branch are regularized on a daily basis.

Responsible for effective customer service delivery and ensuring customers are assisted at all times with any cash or front office transactions e.g. cheque deposits, cash deposits and withdrawals, internal transfers, RTGS, TT, bankers cheque issuance, account opening etc.

1. Mobilize diaspora deposits for the bank2. Review and analyze loan applications for the diaspora cutomers3. Analyzing FBL Western Union transactions to settle branches4. Appraissing diaspora agents for the bank5. Handling banking queries from the Kenyans in the diaspora6. Cross selling banks products
