I am Kamogelo Maponya , a young and aspiring CA(SA) with hopes of furthering my skills in the finance industry. Accounting has always been a big dream of mine and I am currently making that dream a reality. Currently , I am in my final year of Bcom Accounting at the University of Cape Town and have maintained excellent marks throughout my undergraduate. This has resulted in me being a member of Golden Key Society . Besides my dedication to my academic journey , I have many interests in various other avenues.One of my many interests include radio. I am radio presenter on our campus radio station , UCT Radio . Here, i have learnt to express myself, articulate my thoughts and facilitate conversations. It has provided me with opportunities to interview a multitude of people who come from different paths of life .Another one of my many interests include entrepreneurship . I have the privilege of being a candidate fellow of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation . Since 2022 , they have equipped me with tools to start my own business and challenge the way I look at problems. I had the opportunity to take part in Founder's Pitch ,facilitated by E Squared and there, together with my team members , we were able to acquire founding. Allan Gray has truly provided me with opportunities of a lifetime .I am also a YouTuber who is passionate about enriching my peers about their various options regarding their careers , their university journey as well as providing resources for them to achieve their dreams .I am tenacious , a problem solver , team member and passionate about people.
