Roles and Responsibilities:1. Handling the tickets based on windows performance.2. Raising tickets in SNOW, resolving and closing tickets within SLA.3. Monitoring Application, Servers using monitoring tools like Kibana and SolarWinds.4. Monitoring system Performance, Managing Swap space, Disk Utilization and CPU.5. Managing the Tickets by using of ServiceNow Tool through ITIL process.6. Giving technical support by phone, email, and Remote support to internal users and external users.7. Categorizing and prioritizing the alerts generated by the monitoring tool.8. Providing technical assistance and queries and issues related to computer systems, hardware and software.9. Providing required information to client on their request.10. Regular follow ups on pending issues.
