UOL was one of the pioneer Tech / ISP's in Uganda - I was an intern here so responsibilities included:Connecting new clients to our network, using TCP/IP, configuring modems at client site Assisting in maintenance and updating client database, including adding new users and disconnecting those whose subscribption had expired. Assembled personal computers for the Kampala market, hardware troubleshooting and repair, operating system installation, application software installation, training Visual basic, C and C++ languages.
