In my current role, I primarily work in MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) while managing key administrative functions for the CEO's office. My responsibilities include:• MERL: Creating and managing organisational monitoring systems, setting up data pipelines, leading research projects and partnerships on the BoCW Act, and authoring whitepapers and governance protocols. • CEO's office: Fostering partnerships, organising high-stakes events, managing executive communication, providing strategic inputs and ensuring high NPS with key stakeholders.Furthermore, I am also a part of the core group designing and implementing the organisational competencies. This has included redesigning organisational principles, leading feedback cycles, socialising competencies, fostering engagement and designing a reference grid that defines the expected employee competency level for performance evaluations.

I worked at the intersection of Operations and the Strategy & Learning (SnL) vertical. My responsibilities included:• Policy Analysis & Strategy: I examined policies and their execution. Identifying key blockers, I crafted citizen-focused solutions and mapped out strategies for enacting improvements, materialising in strategic decks, policy memos, and recommendation reports.• Monitoring & Evaluation: I was responsible for tracking activities and ensuring linkages to outcomes. I also oversaw impact evaluation studies to quantify the effects of our initiatives.• Research: I spearheaded action research studies, assessing the experiences of citizens and the public administration. This involved two action research projects on the maternity and education scholarship BoCW schemes in Delhi, a diagnostic study for Haryana's MMAPUY project and and exploratory study in Punjab on BoCW. The insights gained were pivotal in shaping recommendations and strategies.• Data Management: I developed sustainable systems for data collection, including survey and form design, as well as data analysis and visualisation, utilizing SQL, looker studio, Google Appsheet and Metabase. These systems enabled informed decision-making and strategic foresight.

• Student lead for running the Grinnell chapter of Map the System, a global systems thinking competition organized by Oxford University, UK.• Handled community outreach and authored impact stories on community service engagement.

• Conducted secondary research and wrote a paper on “Tribal Women & Sports in Jharkhand.”• Analyzed and organized primary research data from interviews.• Resulted in contribution to published work: https://pdag.in/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/TRI-31-3.pdf (Internship funded by Rosenfield Program, Grinnell College)
