► Having the concept of infrastructure sharing, my current position and role, makes it possible to work on several projects with almost all Telecom and WLL operators, currently working in Pakistan. ► Operate and maintain sites for passive infrastructure.Supervised physical site surveys of potential candidates for new site builds.► Review and approve lease outing sheets and all required due diligence and documentation leading to lease execution. ► Verification and coordination of legal counsel review. ► Coordinate information from site acquisition and RF to compile approval request for Total cost of ownership. ► Verify request or rent commencement.► Responsible for obtaining TMA & EPA NOCs. ► Responsible for Rollout of new build sites (B2S) and ongoing monitoring of network operations and performance management related to SLAs and KPIs.► Manage KPIs and SLAs for multiple customers.► Responsible for developing the method for managing Rollout & network operations.► Responsible for customer satisfaction as well as communication management.► Responsible for developing B2S Rollout and O&M agreed on Process, Procedure, Template, Tools, and Regulations etc.► Strategic decisions related to day-to-day issues shared by customers.► Performance management of long-term service delivery plans.► Overall budgetary control of cost control and performance against budget.► Daily Operations of Service levels and performance KQI/KPI reports, and outage reports.► In cooperation with Customer Management to develop programs for network improvement.► Track progress, provide financial control and ensure project quality.

► Acquired all Tower Share sites nationwide through the Relacom platform. ► Obtained all NOCs (TMA, EPA, Authority's NOCs).► Energised Commercial Power of all Tower Share sites, across the country. ►To supervised rollout / deployment activities in the region ► To devise and implement quality procedures for Rollout project activities► Coordination with different departments including SA, Rollout, RAN.MS, Quality assurance for defining processes and procedures as per customer demand.► To conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the implemented procedures and suggest improvements if required to meet customer requirements► Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.► To resolve any identified quality issue at site in consultation with site staff and related quarters followed by root cause analysis to prevent its reassurance► To assess vendor’s performance periodically working to highlight any grey area where training can be proposed to overcome weaknesses► To conduct monthly meetings to discuss the procedures to minimize the non-conformances and suggest corrective and preventive action to achieve desired quality levels across the board as per customer requirements.► To manage all human and administrative resources in order to meet the project timelines and departmental objectives► planning of resources for daily activities & new projects► Planning daily activities & keep Manager as well as project team informed of all bottle necks & issues and taking remedial actions for their early resolution.► Keeping track record of all dismantling from sites to warehouse.►Achieving the target dates for the site acceptance as agreed with customers.►Planning & Following up the final acceptance for all sites.

► As part of Acquisition team of the region, supporting them and dealing/meeting with other departments to make decisions and proposals of newly acquired sites. Verifying quotations and invoices from the contractor and maintaining of files► Joint visits along with RF and MW engineers for acquiring of site that can safely bear the load of tower and equipment’s. In case of rooftop, analyse the strength of beams, columns and existing foundations to reject or accept.► To have reporting/Co-ordination with Consultant regarding site design and feasibility reports.► Preparing of the annexure of new acquired site and handed over to concerned department.► To have a close liaison with contractors for getting timely targets to achieve set targets.► To coordinate with Local Government (TMA, EPA, Cantt. Board) for obtaining the NOC prior to start CW.
