- Manage day to day requests and inquiries in Data Changes, Business Processes, Cost Centers, Job Profiles, Custom Reports, Adjusting Time Off and EIBs- Experience in building and managing condition rules, eligibility rules, step delays, consolidated approvals, questionnaires and help text- Work closely with different teams in validating data coming to Workday from Legacy Systems- Test and validate business processes like Hire, Contract Contingent Worker, Terminate, Change Job, Request Comp Change, Job Requisition, and Create Position.- Writing Testing Strategy and Test Plan for End to End and User Acceptance Testing(UAT) Supported Compensation Consultant with conducting and preparing job reviews for senior management- Work on configuring and testing Business Process condition rules, advance routing, step conditions, step delays, help text and custom notifications- Assist HR population with issues on Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Compensation Changes, Title/Location Changes, Personal Data, Time Off and Leave Request, Terminations and Return from Leave BPs
