My role was pivotal in executing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, which encompassed systematic PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and intricate overhauls, ensuring the seamless operation of production equipment.I adeptly navigated the maintenance and troubleshooting of a diverse array of systems, including Chillers, Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Chilled Ceiling Units (CCUs), along with primary and secondary pumps, condenser pumps, strainers, heat exchangers, pressurization units, and extraction fans. My expertise extended to the maintenance and repair of sophisticated HVAC systems, chillers, ventilation systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS), underpinning the critical infrastructure of our operations.My technical prowess was further demonstrated through the meticulous installation, testing, and modification of electrical components such as circuit breakers, controls (relays, contactors, float switches, sensors), fuses, lights, and motors. I took pride in fabricating specific electrical component parts and assemblies, tailor-made to meet our exacting standards.Moreover, my responsibilities included the regular maintenance (weekly, monthly, and yearly) of vital power systems, including transformers, generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), capacitor banks, and Main Distribution Boards (MDB).
