I am working here as Deputy Manager Finance and Accounting and major responsibilities include:Responsible for monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flows forecasting and other internal reporting.Communication and liaison with Tax advisors, Legal advisors, Banks, Insurance and leasing companies. Engaged in team building, performance reviews and process improvements.Reviewing current policies on procurement, treasury, fixed assets etc. and developing new policies for improved performance and better control.

Preparation of quarterly and yearly financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards as applicable in Pakistan. Making annual cash flow budgets and variance analysis, reporting to group finance controller on all financial matters. Correspondence with external auditors and consultants relating all the statutory requirements applicable to private company.Reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers covering financial aspects. Dealing with suppliers, subcontractors and customers and looking after all the financial affairs relevant to them.
