Projects·D&B of Coastal Village - Packages A&B - 40 Enlarged ‘Z-Type’ Buildings – 700 Million SAR for Red Sea Global (RSG).Main Duties.Ensure the overall Project Quality Plan is executed..Prepare of Method of Statements (MS), Inspection test Plan (ITP), Inspection Checklist (IC), Material Receiving & comparison sheets..Participate QA/ QC meetings & weekly progress meetings with construction team .Review the submitted drawings .Inspection of Materials receiving as per the approved MTS & raise MIR for the received materials & monitoring handling and storage of materials..Prepare WIR’s for completed works & MIR’s for the material receiving.Coordination and communication with client on project quality issues..Inspection of installation of Grounding ( Earthing)system and lighting protection system..Inspection for installation of Lighting, power, grounding, wires & cables, cable trunk and cable trays, Disconnect switches for elevators and pumps..Inspection for installation of Low current systems like Fire alarm, BMS, Data, camera and speaker.Inspection for installation & termination of panels like DB’s, SMDB, EMCC and feeder pillars.Ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken and non-conformities are effectively closed out.·Monitoring of Calibration of Measuring and Testing Equipment.·Perform field surveillance inspections to verify work compliance with project specifications, drawing and IMS procedures..Preparing and mainintaing log sheet for completed work

Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

Project: Mutrafia Infra & Housing Project Jubail- KSA ( SABIC)Duties:  Inspection of installation of Underground conduits, cables, wiring , conduits, lighting, power, and grounding, CB, panel boards and Disconnect switch, Data & IPTV ,Fire alarm etc.. Inspection of Infra activities installation for Street light, LV (Mini pillars and cables for KWH), Telecom (HDPE & PEC conduits), Duct banks, irrigation system for land escaping etc... Mosque all electrical installation and termination testing activities for MDP, SMDP and final branch panels for lighting, power , Lightening and grounding and LC systems( Camera, Speaker, Fire alarm etc..) Ensure that the quality and the design intent are implemented as per project specification and standards on site. Monitoring all Electrical installations to ensure that only approved materials are being used in the permanent works RFI for Installations and material receiving approval. Log book entries and issue of NCR’s toContractor for non-compliance with Standards and specifications Co-ordinate with client Representative for clearing all Quality Related Matters. Attending Inspection Weekly Progress Meeting. Coordinate and prepare various documents such as test, inspection reports, safety approval prior to implementation of work Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) to confirm compliance with contract documents and specifications to maintain the quality of works as per client requirements Conduct inspection and witnessing of all Electrical testing activities Coordinating with claims/Contracts departments for Engineering instruction (EI) representing matters with the PMC and Client. Prepare reports related to inspections and quality of the works. Reporting to the QC Manager on construction progress and day to day quality issues.

Saudi Arabia

 Review and Approved the Contractor's Method Statements, Material Submittal, Material samples, Shop Drawings, as-built Drawings in Compliance with IFC Drawings, Project Specification and National and International Standards.  Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) to confirm compliance with contract documents and specifications to maintain the quality of works as per client requirements.  Conduct inspection for all Electrical works in accordance with established procedures Method Statement (MS) and ER.  Material receiving inspections, Monitoring of handling, storage and protection of the products, Surveillance of site activities. Monitoring all Electrical installations to ensure that only approved materials are being used in the permanent works. Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.  Conduct inspection and witnessing of all Electrical testing activities.  Prepare daily IR report regarding the inspections and materials. Following up inspection comments to confirm that they are addressed, responses are completed.  Finding Non Conformance works at site and preparing NCR, SOR with respect to an Employer requirement and specifications. Ensure that all equipments used are calibrated and with valid certificates. Manage safety aspects when dealing with Electrical installations works. Liaising with Client Representatives and Management to rectify issues which may raised. Coordinating with claims/Contracts departments for Engineering instruction (EI) representing matters with the PMC and Client. Prepare reports related to inspections and quality of the works. Reporting to the Manager on construction progress and day to day quality issues. Maintain registers of all submittals and testing, both on site and off site, including daily site diaries in an approved format, and monthly progress photography. Review as-built.

India

 Installation of Electrical services such as LV, lighting, small power, Containments, and LV Panels DB’s, SMDB’s, ESB’s, BPS’s, VFDS’s, UPS’s, and BC as per Approved drawing. Installation of cable ladder, cable tray and trunking and conduits. Installation of low current devices. Installation of all type of light fittings such as LED & Dome light etc…  Raise inspection request to get the approval from consultant. Selection of Breakers and cables as per Equipment schedule. Controlling a team of Foreman’s, Technicians. Supervisors, and Conducting safety meeting, tools box talk and following safety procedures in site. Ensure that works are done as per Approved drawings, schematics and specification. Ensure that works are tested and commissioned as per project Requirement. Prepare material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Manage site Foremen, Technicians and lead the team imparting clear objectives and motivate them to achieve targeted results. Manage day to day site activities including review of material requisition, tools requirements, material management, housekeeping etc… Plan daily and weekly work allocations in accordance with main contractor’s requirement. Updating the Modified Drawing considered as As Built Drawings. Planning day to day testing and commissioning Activities and arranging Resources’ for the timely completion of Testing and Commissioning Activity for UPS, ESB, FDB’s etc...
