• Responsible all plants operations team leading operational activities of PA/MA/DOP productions business • Participated in the revamp of the Phthalic anhydride plant which involved a lot of critical modifications on a big scale. This great activity included revision of all PFD’S, PID’S, isometrics & major changes in equipments along with control valves/rotary equipment parts replacement.• Involved in the activities of Phthalic anhydride expansion.• Worked in the expansion of maleic anhydride plant which involved major modification in the equipments & complete change of distillation columns with their internals. The Phthalic anhydride plant no. 1 comprises with the DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM (micro–XL YOKOGAWA Japan). Recently updated for the new plant with a latest control system CENTUM 3000. So, I have been excelled for both of these control systems to monitor/control all plants operations through graphics pages, trend groups, control groups, history trends, control loops & tuning of controllers etc
