• Develop and distribute monthly HSE reports, presentations and HSE topic that provide employees with workplace injury statistics, new initiatives and system changes. • Actively participate in formal and informal communication to increase and enhance the understanding and awareness of HSE issues.• Keep abreast of legislative changes and best practice methods. • Advice management of any system and legislative changes to ensure tasks are undertaken safely and comply with internal and external requirements.• Provide accurate and timely advice to managers on prevailing HSE issues.• Direct communications between injured employees, their management and medical providers to ensure that all parties are aware of rights, responsibilities and recovery plans. • Participate in relevant industry bodies, internal HSE forums etc. to maintain a level of contemporary knowledge and best practice approaches.• Continually review work practices and recommend ways in which processes and systems can be improved. • Reporting, Investigation, Assessment and Audit • Prepare Monthly HSE reports and maintain data for Fielders’ national sites.• Promote and facilitate the completion of monthly HSE scheduled activities.• Maintenance of HSE Plans and HSE corrective actions. • Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits across varying locations across various sites. • Undertake risk assessments of new or changed plant, chemicals, facilities etc.

• Conduct site based safety assurance activities as directed by the H&S Supervisor or Site Manager.• Participate in, and champion, the site behavioral based safety programmes. • Participate in site risk assessments as requested.• Attend and participate in daily toolbox talks. • Attend and participate in daily Risk Assess It, Talk It, Check It (RTC) assessments. • Conduct formal site inspections using project Oversight checklists. • Participate in H&S audits as an audit team member. • Participate, as a team member, on incident investigations. • Deliver Project Inductions, and other Company safety training programmes as required. • Support the delivery and communication of safety related information and provide input into the development of safety awareness campaigns. • Assist in emergency response exercises/training and participate in real emergency response as required. • Attend H&S training programmes as requested. • Provide written weekly reports or as requested by the H&S Supervisor.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all H&S requirements, including contractor’s procedures.• Proactively seek ways to reduce H&S risks and initiate improvements. Attend and conduct TBT. • Monitor site activities for compliance with PTW system.• Monitor site activities for compliance with Safe Work Procedures, conduct weekly HSE inspections.• Assist supervisors with Risk Assessment inspect Safety equipment and report on all deficiencies. • Communicate with subcontractor HSE personnel in resolving HSE issues, Assist with accident / incident investigations and compilation of complete reports in a timely manner. • Stand in for HSE Supervisor in his absence, other duties assigned by HSE Supervisor / Manager.• To deal with HSE advisor of transport maintenance.

• Surveillance of safety at all units, monitor site activities for compliance with Safe Work Procedures,communicate with subcontractor HSE personnel in resolving HSE issues.• Assist with accident / incident investigations and compilation of complete reports in a timely manner.• To Ensure that company HSE procedures and implementations are complies with Azerbaijan legal requirements.• Review the machinery / equipment certificates.• Conduct required HSE training as per national Legislation (to comply with the national requirement system). • Conduct toolbox talks in in every morning.• Implement award penalty system for subcontractors.
