 Providing site survey & technical support for CCTV (Analog and IP), Access Control, Time Attendance devices, Analog and IP telephone, PABX, Gate barrier, PA system, Audio video intercom LAN, WAN, wireless Network and preparing proposals according to the client requirement.  Strong practical experience in Designing, Implementing, integration, troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV(Analog & IP), Access Control, Time attendance devices, Analog and IP telephone(Panasonic, Avaya and Cisco), PABX, Gate barrier, PA system , Audio video intercom, LAN, WAN and Wireless Network.  Repairing, Installation and troubleshooting of different Desktop computer, laptops hardware’s, Software’s and operating systems, printer and scanners.  Able to interact with customers and represent the company in professional manners.  Ability to manage a project and supervise the work that is being carried.  Providing training to the customer on system use and how to obtain system maintenance if needed.  Providing the technical support for technical staff & sales staff for their meeting proposal according to client requirement.  Providing the technical support to the clients through remote session or phone and to the end user in case of emergency /service call.  Responsible for purchasing required materials and services in line with company policies.
