Current1. Management, technical training, supervision and domain training of the IT team which reports to him. 2. Study, Analyze, Design and Architect computer applications and database/data storage applications. While programming is not my primary responsibility, I should be capable of detailed coding, if the need arises. Even under normal circumstances should participate in the coding process to a reasonable level.3. He has through understanding of Data modeling, Data Analysis Techniques, Extract Transform and Load (ETL) of data between different vendors/technologies/systems.4. Interact with wide variety of users at all levels and resolve procedural issues to help accomplish business goals.5. To provide technical guidance to team members and become a role model for them and keep abreast of latest developments in the profession.6. Work on special assignments given by the Director or Manager and Assist the department Director or Manager in his/her work wherever required.7. Develop and harness good communication skills and maintain relations with end-users/clients and peers.8. Actively participate in the development of annual goals and contribute in the strategic planning and strategic technical decision making.9. Participate in all phases of system development life cycle SDLC i.e. study, analysis, design, development, and implementation.10. Product Implementation to new clients and resolve the issues during implementation with team and provide successful implementation with in schedule.11. Define Processes for technical team annual appraisals, growth and participate in appraisal meetings and give feedback and define policies and procedures for the department.12. Provide MEDITECH and HL7 consultancy to TSG clients and provide healthcare domain knowledge, HCIS rules and regulations to other departments and team for the development, enhancement and support of Healthcare Products and Portals like CPOE, EHR, OOCP and Physicians Portal.
