As a key executive reporting to the DevelopIntelligence CEO, I participated in a Vistage Key Executive group to continue growing my leadership skills. Through active discussions and open feedback sessions, I was able to take what was learned from other key executives and bring those lessons back to my organization.

During this period of accelerated growth, DevelopIntelligence expanded from 5 employees to over 25 employees along with revenue growth of 400 percent. I provided a pivotal leadership role in the adoption of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, defining and championing the DevelopIntelligence's mission, vision, and values, in the hiring of all employees including other leadership, and in establishing, building out, and leading of the Customer Success Team, the Product Development Team, and the Project Management Team.I established and built the Customer Success Team and was responsible for defining the KPIs, commission structure, and the best practices Account Managers used to meet year-over-year growth within DevelopIntelligence's key enterprise relationships while maintaining 100% customer retention. I established and built the Product Development team, overseeing the implementation of learning solutions and strategies, which included researching and assessing technologies and software methodologies to expand the DevelopIntelligence course offerings into Cloud, DevOps, Machine Learning, Big Data, Front-end Development, and Mobile Development, along with expanding the training modalities to include Targeted Topics and Developer Academies.I established and built the Project Management Team, systematizing delivery operations by creating the Project Coordinator role, specializing in attention to detail and efficiency, allowing scalable best-in-class training without sacrificing quality. I also oversaw the creation of a delivery management system used by the Project Coordinators and Account Managers allowing 300% scale in deliveries.I managed internal instructors along with the network of consultant instructors.

I worked as the lead client-side web development instructor for DevelopIntelligence. He leveraged his mobile web application expertise to instruct software engineers on HTML5, CSS3, MVC JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, Express, jQuery, Dojo, Ajax, Web Services.I delivered classes for highly-performant software development teams at Apple, VMWare, Mathworks, Intuit, AT&T, and Starbucks.I managed other internal senior and junior instructors along with the network of consultant instructors.

I founded and created Naturally Healthy Vending, a company that revolutionized the vending machine industry by offering a wide selection of organic and healthy snacks and beverages as an alternative to traditional vending machine options.

I was the team lead creating the customer-facing mobile website and customer portal. On the team I functioned as the lead developer and business liaison. The team worked in an Agile manner and consisted of engineers, UX designers, product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance testers. Our solution utilized a mobile first solution based on jQuery Mobile, and Spring. I was the team lead on the development of an internal associate portal, functioning as lead developer and product manager. It was built in an Agile manner working in conjunction with project managers and the user-experience team. The technical build out utilized responsive web design principles and Ember.js along with Spring. The portal serviced over 5,000 employees.I was the lead developer, visionary, and business line integrator on a rewrite of the independent agent commission system that unified the back-end systems of all business lines and shared business logic between batch and web systems via an Enterprise Service Bus, IBM MQ, COBOL, Spring, and JavaScript. The commission system was responsible for processing all company transactions.I was the lead developer on the incentive travel program application for top selling agencies servicing over 6,000 agencies.I also mentored all Sales & Marketing junior web and Java developers to become mature software developers that utilized test coverage and code design patterns by building and implementing a junior developer ramp program.
