• Design, coded, tested and maintained ASP.Net/VB.Net web applications to receive, distribute, and manage leads for the call center saving the company $150/hour and 400 hours in the customization fees of a 3rd party software vendor for a total savings of $60,000.• Incorporated business rules into the database design and procedure coding in order to filter leads by state, medical conditions, and state licensing to present only eligible health insurance carriers thus increasing sales agent productivity by 30%.• Created tracking system which tracked the life cycle of all insurance policies from the date of sale through issuance and/or cancellation so that accurate financial history and projections could be generated.• Generated reports using ASP.Net and Reporting Services based off and end-users request, to include lead vendor performance reports, sales agent productivity reports, etc.
