Safety and Environment (QSE). To achieve perfect product and service which is trusted every where I have also focused on validating the processess and equipments suitability. I have engaged myself for Continous improvement of processess and auditing systems . ISO framework implementation with effectiveness throughout the system. Document management system. Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) incorporation in the system. Being a Trainer of ISO on Quality, Food Safety, Packaging, environment I do believe in QSE (Quality Safety Environment) culture maturity. Maturity journey setting is the key to success of any organisation who beleives loved brand begins with Quality. I have hands on culture maturity continuum.My Customer focused, consumer response and feedback system mindset is the key success factors of mine till date.
