As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at InBloom Autism Services, I contribute to the growth and success of the organization by attracting and hiring qualified candidates for various positions in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) as well as healthcare leadership. I leverage my communication, interpersonal, and recruiting skills to source, screen, and onboard talent, as well as to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and a minor in Disability Studies, from The University of Toledo. I also held a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). These credentials enable me to understand the needs and challenges of the ABA industry, and to apply my knowledge and experience to support the mission and vision of InBloom. I am passionate about helping people with autism and other developmental disabilities, and I am always open to new opportunities to learn and grow in this field.
