HR professional with a great zeal for assisting people.I am a University of Houston Alum with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development with a minor in Human Resource Management. Throughout the course of my college experience, I have been enlightened and enriched by the multiple organizations where I hold an active membership. The organizations have afforded me the opportunities to participate in multiple service projects and network with industry professionals in the Houston business community. Currently, I am an HR Representative for the Houston Astros in the HR Department. I have been involved in multiple projects that have forced me to engage upper management and make impactful decisions with my peer work group. I assist the HR administration in recruitment, provide administrative support, and utilize the HR software, Ultipro (UKG).I am driven by established and evidenced results. I am innovative and forward thinking with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.I am moved to continue developing my business acumen while utilizing all I have learned through coursework and internships.
