As the Operations and Asset Analyst at FSO Capital Partners, I am responsible for internal operations management, targeted marketing strategy implementation, and resource organization across departments. I also provide support for underwriting, asset management, and acquisitions. Before joining FSO Capital Partners, I served as an Acquisition Analyst at RRA Capital, a privately held direct commercial real estate bridge lender and investment firm. A position where I oversaw investment deal flow, managed a 10,000+ nationwide contact CRM database, and performed market research and financial analyses to support due diligence processes and execution of deals. In 2021, I took the lead in establishing the Arizona Fund Manager Association, which now manages a collective $15 billion AUM from fund manager members. I organized the first-ever LIFT AZ event, which brings together institutional investors, family offices, private fund managers, and other institutional investment managers to advance Arizona's investment industry ecosystem.I earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University in 2022. For the final semester of my degree, I completed my studies in Verona, Italy where I enhanced my education in international business, economics, and finance. I come from a background deeply rooted in high-level athletics, having competed in a top-tier premier soccer league for over 14 years. This provided me with the opportunity to travel across the country and play against the best soccer teams in the nation. Drawing from my extensive experience as both a team captain and a reliable team member, sports have been pivotal in shaping my work ethic, dedication, and resilience. I graduated high school as an honors student with a 3.95 GPA, and I have maintained this level of excellence through college and my career.
