Responsibilities:• We provide technical support for these services.• Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for business. • Administer and support Office 365 MS Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive. • Manage your user's email mailboxes, Microsoft 365 groups, and Exchange Online, Manage mailbox migration. • Setting up AD connect and Active Directory or other cloud-based system, and troubleshooting experience • Using of PowerShell to administer technical support. • Troubleshooting experience in support of legacy Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, OneDrive for Business). • Recover deleted items in a user's mailbox. • Set up "Send As" and "Send on behalf" delegates. • Setting up TXT record, SPF record, CNAME record, MX Record, DKIM. • Formulate and create Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external client access. • Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies. • Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring. • Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services. • Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution. • Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support. • Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes.
