The solution was provided by Oracle Cerner and covered a full range of clinical areas. This was a very high profile project with strict deadlines for Qatar’s national health optimization vision. • Served multiple roles during tenure on the program including: consultant and transformation activities on patient administration systems, clinical reporting, clinical research systems, computerized physician order entry and clinical document digitization. • My role involved direct engagement with clinicians of all levels to obtain hospital workflows and data to build the EMR platforms. • Planned and led testing events with teams, pre and post go live support for most sites.
