• Assist to manage the bank’s commercial loan portfolio• Analyze and verify pricing, creditworthiness, income, and collateral of the borrowers• Analyze borrowers’ financial statements, tax returns, rent roll and cash flow• Assist underwriters in preparing credit proposal and memos • Review credit documents to ensure regulatory compliance• Conduct in-depth searches into borrower’s public record, including credit report, lien and litigation history, property flood searches, building violations, tax transcripts, etc., to meet the bank’s underwriting requirement• Maintain relationship with borrowers and collect updated financial documents including tax returns, financial statements, and rent roll for loan reviews, renewals, and credit decisions• Maintain and update loan data, loan files, and credit documents in the bank’s systems• Draft loan commitments letter, effectively outlining the terms and conditions• Finalize for loan closing and funding to ensure the compliance of conditions precedent and subsequent• Oversee and monitor insurance, UCC filing, past due loan payments, exceptions, overdrafts, and maturing loans• Complete audit requests in timely manner
