I conducted research for my thesis project and wrote my thesis. My thesis was titled "An Examination of the Food Safety Information Sources and Channels Utilized and Trusted by Residents of Lubbock, Texas."For this project I wrote my own survey instrument, managed the data, and used SPSS to decode the data.
