We are building a community of narrative practitioners and conducting narrative research for the immigrant movement. We also launched the Chrysalis Lab, the Butterfly Lab’s grant program. -

The project was led by filmmaker Renee Tajima-Peña (PBS Asian Americans, Who Killed Vincent Chin) and author Jeff Chang (Can't Stop, Won't Stop, Who We Be) and launched in collaboration with The Asian American Foundation's See Us Unite campaign.• Our content reached 40 million people and totaled over 350,000 views. • I coordinated the research, outreach and tracking process for influencers to share our content, resulting in more than 2,000 saves and shares. I managed two college interns to support this work.• I provided strategic and operational support through every phase of the campaign, from initial concept to launch. I worked 10-20 hours per week on top of a full-time graduate courseload.
