Surrounded by peers from various nationalities, I cultivated a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, I pursued a degree in Business Administration at York in Canada. From the outset, I was determined to carve my path as an entrepreneur.My journey began humbly, working at a battery plant where I quickly rose through the ranks. Within six months, I transformed the plant into a profitable venture by implementing efficient processes and focusing on waste reduction.Following my studies, I joined the family business, Su Kam, where I played a pivotal role in expanding our sales network across Mumbai and Pune. Over six years, I spearheaded the company's growth, increasing its revenue sevenfold.In 2017, I ventured into the health and fitness industry before conceptualizing the idea of a 'cloud kitchen' – a novel concept in the culinary world. Determined to offer something unique, we set out to create luxury and premium desserts, including crepes, waffles, and pancakes.Our journey took us to Europe in search of cutting-edge machinery and expertise. Collaborating with European suppliers, we established an eco-friendly ecosystem to produce our signature delicacies.In 2017, Crepe-fe was born, offering a delectable range of high-end desserts that quickly garnered attention through word of mouth. Adapting to the Indian market, we fine-tuned our pricing strategy to ensure accessibility without compromising on quality.Today, Crepe-fe boasts thousands of satisfied customers and has expanded to become a franchise company with ten cloud kitchen locations. Our vision is ambitious – to establish 1000 cloud kitchens globally, bringing our unique culinary experience to connoisseurs worldwide.
