Hired into the business line's exclusive Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP).Rotation 1: Long Range Discrimination Radar, On-array SW/FW Development Team (Systems Engineer) - Decomposed and budgeted 100+ system level requirements to identify sub-system design criteria. - Structured a strategic system architecture model outlining hierarchical and interface details to successfully demonstrate compliance with client requirements.Rotation 2: Aegis Speed to Capability (ASToC) Program, Modeling & Simulation (Data Analyst/Systems Engineer) - Studied Monte Carlos simulations of hypersonic threats against the Aegis Integrated Naval Weapons system. - Used data to propose radar design enhancements against the particular threats of focus. - Used system model to introduce high priority system upgrades to the naval fleet in an expedited fashion after demonstrating system proficiency to a panel of U.S. Navy Commanders.Rotation 3: Advanced Capabilities Deputy Program Manager - Continuously engaged with DoD agencies (IWS, MDA, DARPA, etc.) to understand their interest, educate the customer, shape new initiatives, and align Lockheed Martin investments with strategic win plans. - Coordinated the Eagle Eye program’s BOE effort, leading to a $15M award from a new IWSS customer - Managed a team of 25 ASToC engineers through an aggressive 9-month PoP to insert urgent operationally needed capability enhancements to the Navy’s Aegis Weapon System on a $4.5M budget.Rotation 4: Eagle Eye Deputy Lead System Engineer - Participate in weekly customer syncs and schedule/cost/risk management practices with program PM/TD/LSE - Performed system-level architecture, CONOPS, and interface definition trade studies to initiate the new program
